Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma. Kate does EMDR & Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Kate often incorporates tarot cards and spirituality into her sessions. Kate loves pizza, riding her horse & dicking around with whatever hobby she currently finds fascinating (right now its photography & learning French.) Kate is deeply honored that her clients have chosen her to walk their therapy journey with them.
Angela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Doctorate from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Master's degree from Monmouth University. She is a New Jersey born native, world traveler who loves life and her 2 dogs (Oreo & Honey). She is passionate about helping those who feel "stuck" and want to live a healthier & happier life. She has 16 years experience and is very down-to-earth & relatable. When she isn't helping others she is a busy mom of 3 who loves home cooked meals and going to the beach.
Corry is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Science is Psychology from Rowan University and went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, with a focus in clinical therapy.
Corry is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for all her clients. Previous experiences include providing therapeutic services for clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life adjustments, trauma, and social struggles.
Corry uses a blend of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies. She encourages the development of coping strategies and self-care to empower her clients to cultivate independence to handle the challenges that they face. She recognizes that each client is unique, and each approach is catered to the client’s specific goals and needs.
When Corry is not in the office she is staying physically active, spending time with her family and children, reading, being creative, or watching her favorite shows.
Rachel (She/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. She focuses on evidence based holistic approach to mental health which includes specific therapeutic modalities combined with mind, body, and spiritual approaches. Rachel has an affinity for nature, herbal remedies, crystals, yoga, nutrition, gardening, animals, and has an obsessive knowledge of medications. She believes natural holistic treatment, western medicine, and cutting-edge science can all exist in harmony. Rachel has a decade of mental health experience with everything from psychiatric hospitals to in home therapy for all ages. She works with LGBTQIA+ clients, anxiety, depression, addiction, family stress, chronic health issues, and many more difficulties. Rachel utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness treatments but tailors her therapeutic approach to each client.

Alexis is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey with a background working in k-12 school districts, college campuses, the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC populations, and student-athletes struggling with role conflict/expectations. She believes that every individual has their own story, set of circumstances, and struggles and likes to work collaboratively with the client to understand what they are experiencing and why; and derive from their own strengths to create positive long-lasting change. Alexis has been working in the field since 2016 and takes on a therapeutic approach that combines Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions. When she isn’t helping others, she enjoys cooking homemade meals and spending quality time with her partner, family, and friends-beachside.

Nina is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s in mental health counseling from Monmouth University. Nina operates from a trauma informed lens with the goal of reducing the feelings and sensations that come from events in one’s life in order to allow the client to thrive. Nina utilizes Emdr, CBT, humor and trauma informed modalities. Nina believes the therapist client relationship is important. In her free time, Nina can be found wearing her hair in a mom bun, sweats and cooking up different recipes she finds on Instagram.
Michele is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey and Certified Veterinary Social Worker (VSW). She received her Master's in Social Work from The University of Tennessee, along with her VSW certification, in 2021. Michele has a background working in medical social work and is passionate about end-of-life care, grief/bereavement counseling, chronic illness, and the human-animal bond. She strives to support clients through the challenging moments that inevitably meet us at some point in life. Loss and illness can also include VSW topics, such as pet bereavement, euthanasia, and quality of life discussions. When she isn't working with clients, Michele is busy spending time with her new niece or caring for her pets. Michele is here to create a safe space for big feelings. No person should feel isolated or alone during these difficult times.
